I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\\\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. Good day. I have to clean my printer head EVERY hour. Then it prints fine. Until I leave it for an hour. So this leads to waste pad full and I have to purchase a key every time. Is there another way to go around this problem please? I cannot afford to buy a key every week.

You have to make 2 things
- clean parking station first - then inks will not dry on printhead;
- use high quality inks.

I purchased four activation keys total, but I had an issue using one. John at tech support got it straightened out and I was able to complete the install on the printer. Now I can set up the CISS unit for Sublimation printing. I'm very happy, and can testify that this product works to unlock the firmware of your printer. (Epson WF-3720)

It took me a while to actually understand how to locate the Epson Status Monitor 3. It was a simple disable after that and a simple running of the program after that. I am up and running again!!! Thanks.

after only cleaning the printer (Canon G3400) three times in a short period, the waste counter was on 100% (almost new printer). tried the free tools which you can download to reset the counter, they all didn't work. Finally decided to buy the key here and didn't believe it would work. But it did, i can use my printer again and I am happy.
