I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! The Epson Artisan 800FW Adjustment Program works great. Once downloaded it took me less than a minute to reset the printer. This is a very intuitive and easy to use software. I am a happy camper now. Thanks again

Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!! GOOD is not enough of a rating for your Firm - GREAT is much better *****10/10***** Much appreciate your service :), Ivor.

Have to confess I was a bit dubious about spending the money and whether it would be worthwhile, but am pleasantly surprised. Where others charge almost as much for a couple of single pages of info of little use, your manual is the complete one and indeed well worth the cost. Hoping it's going to enable my printer support guy to fully fix the problem with mine and save me having to shell out a LOT more to get another printer. Thanks.
