Good day. I have to clean my printer head EVERY hour. Then it prints fine. Until I leave it for an hour. So this leads to waste pad full and I have to purchase a key every time. Is there another way to go around this problem please? I cannot afford to buy a key every week.

You have to make 2 things
- clean parking station first - then inks will not dry on printhead;
- use high quality inks.

Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. I just bought the Epson Artisan 800 ink pad resetting software and it did the trick and totally reset the ink pad counter just like advertised. However, I must give anyone who uses the software a piece of advice. The product will not work wirelessly. You MUST connect your printer via the printer's USB connection. The printed material that comes with the download does not mention this. I had to play around with the printer before I realized there had to be a USB connection. Once I figured this out it was a snap to get the printer to reset and the error I was getting has now stopped appearing! I could not be happier with my purchase and I must admit I was a skeptic when I first bought the download. You guys are terrific and I will never fail to but again from 2Manuals.com. Peter

Many thanks. Your reset application allowed me to reset my Epson XP-830 to let me get a few more prints while I wait for my new printer to arrive. Great!!!

I spent 4 hours trying to get my r340 to work then l I used your program to reset the protection counter. I have just printed 5 pages and 4 disks. Slightly cryptic instructions but it worked perfectly. it took me all of 5 minutes.
