  Success! I installed a OctInkjet waste inkpad overflow and tried their reset to no avail - they furnished your link. Your reset fixed my RX690 Epson printer within minutes . Ink started to flow into the overflow immediately (just as well it was installed). I did apattern check-all six colours perfect. Thank you Brian

  Holy crap this is a lifesaver / money saver / mental breakdown saver and just an amazing product. I was on the verge or completing my order for a new printer when I came across this site. Why spend $200. for a new printer when $10. can breathe new life into my old Epson Artisan 835 with CISS. I'm good to go now, just have to get a waste ink system installed and I'm back in business.   This app saved my life for my Epson ET 2850 I was skeptical. It was a bit of a hassle at first, but once I figured it out, it worked perfect. So far, I only had to buy a key and did work. I'm very Happy!

  Program is easy to use, with the additional manual for reference. It allowed me to correct a corrupted EEPROM in the printer. All the .prn files are missing, so setting up the printer/scanner and the final print check are not possible. If you only want to reset the ink pad counter then there are cheaper/ free program available. Would give it a GOOD rating if missing files were included.

  The only way to really adjust you printer is by using this program. The owner the printer could not adjust the print using the regular adjustmest utility incleuded in the printer drivers. But this program did the trick. The printer is perfectly adjusted and the owner is very happy with the printer now.
