Its great! It saves a lot of money to be spent in vain. I tried from various service centres, but nobody guided me properly by using ur software and reset key, it takes hardly 5 minutes to complete all the procedure. Artisan 710 running again and saved a lot of money. Thanks a lot!

Changed the waste ink pads with the new ones and used WicReset for reseting waste counter on Epson L382. Received the key without any delay, right after placing the order and paying for it. Worked perfectly. Counter became 0,00%. Great utility!

Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!! Epson Stylus DX4400 is not supported, and it seem to be impossible to reset the waste counter.
