Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes. The method described in program was easy to follow. My only problem was having no computer shortcut. The information which came with the key explained it to me, again no problem. It the reset worked. Best buy I have made this Year!! Gerald

well pleased making my epson w-2860 chipless . the ink levels remain 100 % full i have a ciss system so i always have more ink than printer knows about.no longer the ritual of going through the motions of changing the cartridge when theres tons really being fed into the cartridges

A life saver, I got out of trouble at the last moment when I was already determined to cancel the jobs I had to finish during the day, the printer gave the error and did not let me work anymore .... after a thousand videos on YouTube searching a solution to my problem was about to give up, but I looked elsewhere and found this site ... excellent product, service and fast shipping. thousand times recommended thanks for everything E&E
