  Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!!   I was tearing my hair out trying to get a solution for my Epson R265. Other solutions didn't work and were not compatible with Vista Home Basic. The WIC Reset Utility worked like a charm! In just a few moments - I'm off to buy a waste ink device so I can get a lot more service from my machine.
