  I have an epson artisan 710 and using the wic reset couldnt have been easier. I received the reset key almost instantaniously via email and even an idiot could have been able to use it.   I bougth this latest version of service tools, v5105, I try it at canon mx 495, not working, the printer was in service mode, can you give some tips, maybe not recognized the usb, windows 7 my os, I need some help. Thanks.

  EPSON Artisan 800 - 2manuals Reset tool for the Waste Ink Counter works like a charm... Best $9.99 I've spent in some time! 12,000 Pages printed (large jobs) and my ink pad was barely used... EPSON get a clue, many thanks 2manuals for having the foresight to correct their lunacy...

  Amazing Support, This is what happened, I had to think for more than 4 hours about the purchase and program authenticity. Finally decided to gamble, Registration 1 min Payment instant Call Back in 1 min Mail with key check 2 min Input key in WIC and reset 1 min VOILLA!!! Printer was ALIVE..Again.... Was an amazing purchase. P.S. I do not post reviews for any purchases made unless they are a real pain in the ..., or unless the product is amazing.
