Worked straight out of the box and in a few minutes I was up and running again.

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. hi i am from algeria and ibought 2keys for 2 printers and they worked perfectly fine without any problems i highly recommennd the seller he is fast and reliable , nothing to fear and thanks for this service without you we will be throwing printers each year.

it does not work, can not recognize ink cartridges always displayed, Epson SX400 ========== REPLY ============== The WIC reset utility can reset Waste Ink Counters only. Not Ink cartrigs levels in SX400. You can use auto reset chps to reset the ink levels.

Thank you. for the program. It worked on TX106 printer. Reset waste ink counter in few minutes. Not go to epson customer service. Good.
