i purchase a waste ink pad reset key .but reset key is not working properly.and i pay the full payment. but product key is expired so please give me a new product key which is working properly. and i request to you that you must give the genuine key . which is that costumer will satisfied in first time. please give me a quick response. thank you. ============Answer:============ You Reset Key is NOT used yet!!! Please use it with WIC!

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. Model epson BX630 - Epson offfered no help when i asked what i could do after getting waste ink error after 3 months worked a treat saved me trashing a perfectly good working printer. Eco friendly recyle that old printer. Many thanks guys Dunc in the uk

I successfuly and easily replaced my waste kit. Experienced only one issue on XP635: an unexpected screw made the replacement a bit difficult. I reported this point, hoping the leaflet could be updated. Best regards and congrats for this smart product. Marc, France
