  After hours of trying to reset my Epson Stylus Photo PX710W I found Waste Ink Counter reset utility - I purchased the key and it set my counter back to Zero - The printer is now working again. Next time I buy a printer it will not ne an Epson. Alan

Once 2 yrs ago and just today, with the reset key to get my printer going again and I am so happy as I love my printer and it works perfectly and doesn't need to go to landfill. I have emptied the waste ink pads twice now, washed and dried so they will be the next thing I replace soon.

  it does not work, can not recognize ink cartridges always displayed, Epson SX400 ========== REPLY ============== The WIC reset utility can reset Waste Ink Counters only. Not Ink cartrigs levels in SX400. You can use auto reset chps to reset the ink levels.
