The Epson PP-100 should be supported (it is in your list), but in the WIC Reset Utility v.5.0.40 program the printer is not supported in the 'Control' button. What am I doing wrong ?

Works slick...and why shouldn't they make some $$ for their key and Utility? I appreciate not having to send the printer to Tech support or buy a new one like Epson suggests- when it was a piece of cake to do myself.

Hi John, I just want to thank you so much for the reset key and software. I paid you $9.99 to get those lights to stop flashing and it the software worked in a matter of minutes!
