I have just bought an Epson printer TX111, only a month I have used it, the sensor scanner in the main board has broken, please tell me how to repair it bcoz I can\'t use both the printer n the scanner. And show me which one the sensor scanner, I just knew it from the service manual. Thank you for full manual!

Dear Sirs, my priter is Epson ET-2820. The reset of waste counter is not possible, but the printer is available in the list of printers. All stepst will be executed acc. to you specification. Isuue is: Querry has been rejected by the device. -Current devis specification are brocen, incorrect or out of date. - Please try to update this application to the most recent version first. - Otherwise, plese report all available information about this issue to us. Thank You. I had just bought a new printer and Epson asked to update the firmware...unfortunately in the middle of the update my power shut off. I thought for sure I had deep sixed my brand new device. Even on the Epson website I could not find a manual firmware recover for my printer and OS version...others printers yes, but not this one. I found you website and thought I'd give it a try. Horray, My printer is back working again. While I am not happy to have to pay someone else for something that Epson should have given for free, your price was with-in reason and your software was easy to use.

OK Im here because Youtube directed me here to fix my Epson ET-2803 printer! I've downloaded your APP and tried to use it! ...There are a number of problems!!! ...First off, couldn't you find any smaller text!!?? Trying to read and follow your directs is near impossible! Next up, your directions aren't very clear! You direct me to turn on my printer then to turn it off. And as I try to move forward I click on your direction and NOTHING happens, until the command times out. BUT IF I turn off my printer again (un-directed by you) the command tried to go through. UNTIL I get more directions to turn on my printer and not turn it off again. I've seen a line at the bottom of the screen there a line of text floats through saying that the computer has been reset per the Youtube site I'm supposed to get a congratulations of a successful at the finish, I never get that, because my last command (theoretically) never goes through, again just sitting there until it times out again. IF your really trying to "help" people PLEASE fix you site! Because nothing seems to work correctly, I'm hesitant to buy any keys from you. ...Sincerly, Mark L
