This little app is a life saver. Got up at 6 am this morning as I needed to print out some important documents for later today, only to find that all the lights were flashing on my printer. A quick search on the web pointed me to this site and the app informed me that my ink pad was full. A few clicks later and my printer is like new again. Many thanks.

Excellent! I had an old 51 sitting around but no way to find out what was wrong. the error codes(blinks) are worth the 7bills I paid.

Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!! Just bought reset key for Epson Photo 1410 with CIS system. Tested works fantastic best $10 bucks spent. Highly Recomended Product.
