  it does not work, can not recognize ink cartridges always displayed, Epson SX400 ========== REPLY ============== The WIC reset utility can reset Waste Ink Counters only. Not Ink cartrigs levels in SX400. You can use auto reset chps to reset the ink levels.

  Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?.   I was skeptical, like I'm sure we all are when buying something new online, but I simply turned off my Epson Monitor, under maintenance tab, bought the key, turned off my printer, then turned it back and and IT WORKED! Well worth $10.00, just so I don't have to buy another printer.
