Only hiccup was needing to disable my security protection to install this wonderful product. Used it as a trial - which proved it worked - then bought the key to finish the job.   Whenever I try to do the ink charge, ink out appears here, so far it hasn't worked for me, could support staff be able to help?

REPLY: To use Ink Charge - ink levels must be more then 50%

  Thank you. for the program. It worked on TX106 printer. Reset waste ink counter in few minutes. Not go to epson customer service. Good.
