I'm not going to lie I was very dubious, but the proof is in the pudding it does work and I'm a happy bunny. My printer is the Epson Photo PX810FW one of the newer models so feel confident in using this system.

All I can say is THANK YOU!! Thank you for allowing me to roll back (downgrade) my Epson XP-410 printer\'s firmware with ease!! A couple of clicks, and I was downgraded. This allowed me to use non-oem cartridges that would not work no matter what I tried with current firmware (Epson updated firmware just to battle the use of non-oem cartridges). The money spent will be saved with the very first refill of these refillable cartridges I bought. I was skeptical, but it really was THAT easy! Winning the battle against Epson!! First time I\'ve ever paid for a \"hack\", well worth it!

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! I just bought a reset key, everything works perfectly on a Epson XP 520. Just one thing, one key for several reset will be better.

This was one of the most satisfying on-line experience I have EVER experienced! It started with some slightly suspicious message appearing on our (usually functional) 2019 Epson ET-2760 ink jet printer: “The Inkpad Needs Service. Contact Epson.” My wife, who has been the person diligently tending to the Epson, had surrendered because Epson was TOTALLY unresponsive. So then it was my turn. I did the only thing I ever do when confronted with a potential fiasco like this: I entered the mysterious Epson message into my Google search engine. Up popped information about a "WIC Reset Utility" that seemed to make sense. I downloaded the TRIAL version, which would theoretically be able to “reset” the Epson’s Inkpad counter One Time. Say Wha?!? Bottomline: It worked HEROICALLY, so I I have gone ahead and purchased the actual WIC Reset Utility software. I am imagining that if this message ever appears again I will now be able to work around it. This software literally SAVED our old Epson printer, for which I will be eternally grateful. NGUYEN VAN CHIEN is 100% The Real Deal! Thank you kind sir for the wonderful technology you have created, and are sharing with the rest of a grateful world!
