Great things! I had some problems with my Epson 2100. The printer stopped to work. However, when I read the manual it was possible for me to disable the indicator of the problem and now the printer works well again. The service program is also a great think! Thanks.

I have an XP960 and its the best print I have ever had . . . . .I recently replaced the inkpads (like today) as i received the warning. . . .All of a sudden I get the End of Life drama. I needed the printer urgent. . . .I went to another company an waste $40.00AU only yo fing their software couldnt find the printer. . .(panic Button time) So I did a search and found you guys. . . . . It was so easy. . . .It took all of 10mins and the old girl is runnin again. I do have a brand new XP970 sitting in a box in the room but while this one is going, I wont touch it Thanks guys I appreciate you so much Michael (Australia)

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. I tried using the free utility Epson provided, the counter reset to 40%, then after a print I got the error again. I gave WIC a chance out of desperation and it work! Saved me from throwing out a perfectly good printer and buying a new one. I use CISS and do a lot of prints and head cleaning. I cleaned ink pads myself but will set up a waste bottle when I get the chance.

Ce logiciel a le mérite de fonctionner en WiFi. On n'a donc pas besoin du câble USB. Pour 8.54 € (9.99 $) j'ai facilement réinitialiser les compteurs de mon Epson XP-610 qui était bloquée. This software has the advantage of working over Wi-Fi, so you don't need a USB cable. For €8.54 ($9.99), I easily reset the counters on my Epson XP-610, which had frozen.
