I was very happy with the ease of ordering & installing the WIC Reset Utility Key. My printer is up and running once again after I replaced the waste toner box. THANK YOU

Bought a key for a epson rx425 although they delayed to send me the key to my email, they finally send and i saved my printer, the ink cartridges i had bought, and a lot of money i would have wasted to buy a new one.Old printer working as brand new!THANK YOU ALL!

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. Thanks for your prompt attention. Regards, Ruth

I was leery about paying the $9.99 for a key. After speaking to Epson "Specialist" and being told "Your machine must have issues beyond repair, but we can sell you a new one for $190" I decided to go ahead and try this software. A++ I would recommend this to anyone wishing self repair an epson printer. I have a RX595 , I use a CCS and when I received the waste pad error I was heartbroken. I love this printer. I tried bypassing waste pad but still got the error. This software is well worth the $$ Thank you

Today my Epson printer stopped working. I have the tool they provide to reset the ink pad counter but it simply reports network error after network error trying to connect to the Epson server.
Since its Christmas eve and I need to print some gifts for my kids I was totally hooped until I found you guys. I just want to thank you for doing what Epson was unable to do. They suck, you rock!
