My printer stopped printing with the error as \"General Error\" Epson quoted me $60 to send an engineer to fix my printer. After reading through the information on this site I decided to fix it myself. Found the problem was related to the waste ink pad counter. Only 10 minutes, I had the the printer working. The printer tested fine and has done approx 150 pages since with NO issues. Thanks for the WIC program!

Thanks for the program and manual. I was able to revive a 2 year old 4900. I had 100% blockage in 8 of the 11 heads, and over 50% blockage in the last three.... I ran the ink charge with cleaning fluid. Now I have 100% of the nozzle check pattern on ALL of the heads. I was blown away. I thought for sure I was going to pay for a new head. So, thank you. I also have a an older Epson Stylus Pro 4000. It has been sitting a while and the heads are dried up. Do you have the same program and manual for this printer? I would like to try to revive it as well. If you do could you just send me a link? Thanks again

Hello - just great! Greetings from Germany - Es funktioniert auch mit dem Epson PX810FW perfekt - einfach hinten per USB anschlie�en und das kostenlose Programm laden. Wenn der Drucker gefunden wurde, den Reset Key online per PayPal kaufen. Habe sofot den Key per E-Mail bekommen. Jetzt noch 3 Klicks und der Drucker ist wieder wie neu.... Danke und Gru�

I was able to reset an ET-4800 using a USB cable. At first I could not reset due to wireless connection but after changing to a USB it worked great. Epson tech support told me a complete lie. When I called, the first tier said it could not be repaired so I had him move me up to next level. That tech support lied to me as well, telling me they recommend getting rid of the printer as it cannot be repaired. Such LIARS!!
