Have to confess I was a bit dubious about spending the money and whether it would be worthwhile, but am pleasantly surprised. Where others charge almost as much for a couple of single pages of info of little use, your manual is the complete one and indeed well worth the cost. Hoping it's going to enable my printer support guy to fully fix the problem with mine and save me having to shell out a LOT more to get another printer. Thanks.

Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful. Apart from the first key that I bought that did not arrive, the next 2 keys I bought arrived (I've only used one so far) so I'll save the other one for next time. Thanks very much for your help. Shelley Hamilton.

Thank you so much. Purchased key followed instructions for reset everything working fine except cannot get ink flowing. Have used cleaner twice, nozzel clean, purge, still not working. Any suggestions? ET-2760

Thanks soooooo much !!!!! thought my printer was dead until i downloaded the reset utility and got my key. Process over and printer working in minutes. Saved the cost of a new printer. will recommend to anyone and use again if needed, as the service was 5 star plus.
