This program will not work under Mac OS.

Waste Ink Counter Reset Instruction:

1. Power ON the printer and take out ink cartriges.
2. Run the program ServiceFT.exe.

3. Press Waste ink pad counter - > Initialization - > Finish.

4. Select Set shipping data - > and click Set

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. I don't like throwing something (a printer in this case) away and consuming our earth's resources (buying a new printer) just because Epson make it difficult for me to avoid doing this. I wish Epson would make products that can be maintained by the product owner and this way contributes to the well being of our planet. This reset utility worked 'as described' and now, having cleaned my ink pads, I can get more value from the printer I already own. Thanks for this reset software.

Guy gave me an printer Epson Pro 4900.
The printhead was completely clogged.
Used your adjustment program initial ink charge and got an immediate 100% clear nozzle check.
Wish everything was this easy...Thanks
