Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara. Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o. Recomand cu drag. I successfuly and easily replaced my waste kit. Experienced only one issue on XP635: an unexpected screw made the replacement a bit difficult. I reported this point, hoping the leaflet could be updated. Best regards and congrats for this smart product. Marc, France

Used the WIC utility to reset the waste inked counter (after cleaning the pads). Worked perfect! Printer is an Epson XP-710
