Our MacBook which is a few years old does not allow the download to be installed because Apple blocks "unrecognized developers." That should be taken care of or a warning should be placed on all promotional materials related to WIC RESET KEY.
I was able to get the download onto my old Apple desktop which has not had operating system updates. That's how I finally purchased the reset key.
Please tell me why the whole business of the reset key, after replacing the ink pads, is not an example of contrived malicious obsolescence? I was tied up for hours, cursing the Epson company, and a breath away from buying a new printer, adding plastic waste into our environment. Even though I hadn't been able to disable the process monitor thing that it says do first, the reset program still worked instantly when I ran it on an Epson XP-540. If there is one thing that gets my goat in terms of being so unethical both a rip-off financially and environmentally unsustainable, its the way printer companies rip us off. So am super grateful to have found a way round this. For a much more reasonable price than the printer shop told us, and something I could do at home when I needed the printer urgently for work! Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara.
Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o.

it saves a lot of money to be spent in vain
i tried from various service centres, but nobody guided me properly
by using ur software and reset key, it takes hardly 5 minutes to complete all the procedure
