You can run this program under Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 in compatibility mode. It is easy!

Lets get to know how to set it up.

To configure the compatibility mode for an application, just locate the installation directory and right click on the .exe file (program you want to run), selecting Properties from the menu.

Select the Compatibility tab:

Windows 7 compatibility mode

You can choose to run the program in Windows 98 compatibility mode.

FOR THIS PROGRAM please use the WINDOWS 98 compatibility mode!!!

Download the program and run in compatibility mode!

Thanks for your advice. I had the printer Epson Pro 4900 attached to the network. Once I used the USB connection everything worked great. There were 2 ink channels that I could not clean. After poking around the internet I found discussion of air in the lines. Did an initial charge and now things are working perfectly. Thanks for a great product and tech support. Regards, Morris Gven

Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes. Paid for Epson Stylus Color 900 service program and afterwards tried to download program from link. Link would only download a HTML file, and not an executable. Left a message from 2manuals to assist me. This is too damn difficult. Why can the link not just download the executable? ============= Just checked - it works fine. Maybe there were server problem at that moment. You have been sent direct link. John.
