a durat 5-10 minute (inregistrarea pe site si plata), am instalat softul lor in care am introdus
codul primit prin e-mail - de la ei si in cateva secunde totul functioneaza ca nou.
Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara.
Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o.

They were about as much help as an ash tray on a harley. I pulled the pads out joined a hose to the ink drain hose drilled a small hole in the case put the hose through to a bottle on the out side ink pad problem solved. Downloaded the WIC Reset Programe Reset counter job done. The printer is working like a new one. I will never buy another Epson product again. I had some issues when ordering the reset key, but i contacted the website via email and they immediately got back to me and sent me the key code. ran the program and the printer now works again. I had tryed the reset utility from epsons website, but it didnt work how it was supposed to, it would reset but when you would go to print it would go back to the flashing inkpad needs replaced. I will have to print for a while and see how long this actually works, but for now this has saved this printer from going into the trash. I am glad i stumbled across this program and the website.
