Paid for Epson Stylus Color 900 service program and afterwards tried to download program from link. Link would only download a HTML file, and not an executable. Left a message from 2manuals to assist me. This is too damn difficult. Why can the link not just download the executable? ============= Just checked - it works fine. I figured it out. I ended up purchasing the LJ 1100 manual. I just used a different email address and it worked fine. Btw, the service manual helped me out tremendously! It paid for itself easily. I will definitely be using your service manuals again in the future. Thanks,

Just wanted to write and THANK YOU for making such GREAT products.

I just reset my Epson 1430 printer. I\'m using it with bulk pigmented ink...and a custom color profile. I love it...and thanks to you I\'ll be able to get several more years out of it.

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes.
