went very good for my epson dx5000. must have no firewall, no proxy and after that MUST restart computer. i did not get that in the first place. thanks...

My printer stopped printing with the error as \"General Error\" Epson quoted me $60 to send an engineer to fix my printer. After reading through the information on this site I decided to fix it myself. Found the problem was related to the waste ink pad counter. Only 10 minutes, I had the the printer working. The printer tested fine and has done approx 150 pages since with NO issues. Thanks for your WIC PROGRAM!

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\\\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. Hi. I tried to reset printer Epson EP-901f (japanese model). I tryed everything possible I could - SCC utility, soft reset,.... so far no luck. Then i bought this and it reset my printer just in second. Thanks for good job. My printer is back to life again. I paid for this printer about $550US. Now I can use it again just for spending extra almost 10 dollars. It\'s worth it. Thanks for your great job. Well done!
