  Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?.   Thrilled to bits - I thought my trusty printer was destined for the scrap heap ( although nothing wrong except it would no longer operate due to "ink pad full") and I would have to buy new, until I alighted on your product . Also if the ink pad actually causes problem tyou advise where I can buy a replacement kit and do it myself. You perform a great service to printer users. Well done!

  I replaced the waste ink tank and thought all was good until I received the dreadful message that ink pad was at the end of service life. I had previously downloaded the WIC program. I was skeptical, but figured I would give it a shot. I ordered a key, installed it, and had to play around a little bit, but finally got the all clear. Could not be happier. Highly, highly, highly recommend it.
