  I am amazed! The reset worked on our Epson XP-610 wireless printer without a USB cable connecting the computer and the printer right beside it and below the modem. We are grateful. Now I need to send back the USB cable I ordered; it arrived while we were printing Bible study materials being sent from my wife's Surface Pro in the dining room. The Epson is performing like new!   I got the flashing lights and Service required message on my Epson R2400, as many others have before!
I spent hours online and eventually managed to download Epsons own Adjustment Program. It showed me the waste ink settings but would not let me reset the counter, although I had disconnected the feed tubes and re-routed them to an external bottle.
Today I found 2Manuals.com and downloaded their WIC reset program. I thought It probably won\'t work but one key is only $9.99 so what the heck!
Well that was the best $9.99 I have ever spent - as soon as I entered the key and hit RESET the printer whirred into action, ink pumped into my waste bottle and I am back in action!

This has saved me a lot of money and the hassle of sending the printer to an Epson service centre. Truly a 5***** product! Chris Porteous, Prestatyn, U.K.

  Wow, I cannot believe that this actually worked. I had some issues when ordering the reset key, but i contacted the website via email and they immediately got back to me and sent me the key code. ran the program and the printer now works again. I had tryed the reset utility from epsons website, but it didnt work how it was supposed to, it would reset but when you would go to print it would go back to the flashing inkpad needs replaced. I will have to print for a while and see how long this actually works, but for now this has saved this printer from going into the trash. I am glad i stumbled across this program and the website. (used on Epson Artisan 800).

  Very simple to perform on my Epson ET 2760. I received the ink pad reached its end-of-life error message on my printer. I replaced the Maintenace box and then used the reset key I purchased, and it seems to have fixed the issue.
