My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! I have had this Epson SX200 for more than 10 years, it has been reset on service twice, but now I decided to do it myself. First I used a trial version and then bought a key. My Epson is like new again. Thank you !!

Having changed the ink pads in my Epson XP-342 I didn't expect to get an error message telling me I had to have a service by Epson! Found this site highly recommended for resetting this message so went on and downloaded the WIC Reset Key and sure enough my printer reloaded and I was able to use my printer again as I desperately needed to print some paperwork out. Thank you 2manuals.com. Excellent service.

The reset key worked perfectly. The whole time to purchase a key, download the software, and reset my R2400 was about 5 minutes. Excellent product! Highly Recommended

I have just downloaded the adjustment program for epson tx800fw it took 2 minutes to reset the printer and it is back up and running. You guys are the best Thank you.

Used the WIC utility to reset the waste inked counter (after cleaning the pads). Worked perfect! Printer is an Epson XP-710
