  I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time .   Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful.   Worked hassle free with my Epson XP-55 . I am very thankful that you provide the SW tool also for Linux as I have gone Microsoft-free at home. It's cool that you provide a trial license to check out, whether the counter reset works in your setup (I admit I was sceptical). It worked for me and I immediatly ordered the full license. The good thing is: as it is pure SW, it works also on weekends, when you need to print urgently and that stupid printer decided to not let you print any more!
