  Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason??   I just used this utility on an Epson XP 810. Worked like magic. First the trial version,this brought my printer back to life immediately. Then i bought the reset key, and according to the program, the waste counter is now set to zero. I replaced the inkpads with thightly packed adsorbent paper, so for less than ten dollars I have a fully working printer /scanner/copier again. Thanks! Chris
