Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara. Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o. Recomand cu drag.   This is like Magic!! I decided to leave a positive review because it saved me so much time and heartache. I needed to finish a lastminute order and of course that's when my printer decided that my ink pad was full. I was panicking cuz I only had a couple hours to complete the order. I took a deep breath read and followed all the instructions from here and within five minutes my printer was printing again!! Thank you!! Will definitely come back when/if it happens again!

  My Epson R260 quit working- read up online what the cause was (counters in printer). I downloaded the WIC Utility package and sure enough the counter was at 100.70%. I downloaded the Reset Key- at first it didn't work. Turned the printer off & on as instructed. Still didn't work. Finally I turned the monitoring on- reset the printer. Then turned monitoring off again and reset the printer & it finally worked. I think the monitoring just got hung up somehow- computers!!! I'm very thankful I'm good for another few years. It only cost $9.99 instead of the price of buying another printer (and I have all these ink cartridges that would go to waste)- OR a repair bill & would be without it while being fixed. Would I buy another Epson printer- NO- but would I recommend 2manuals for the fix- Definitely.

  Thanks John, You saved me alot of time and frustration dealing with that idiot I was talking with at Ebson, he didn\'t know sh$t about my printer, he began by telling me that my printer was like a human body and I was like WTF???, well anyway I eventually told him he was stupid and hung up on him, I called the place where I purchased my printer from and he gave me your website, everything is working fine now and you saved me from any down time I would have had taking to the service center!... What a fantastic job guys!!! absolutely astounded that it works and how easy it was. thank you again!
