  Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful.   Worked perfectly on my Epson XP-950. The "Trial" option made it possible for me to verify that the software works as expected before I purchased a key. Having just purchased a key, I successfully reset the waste counters to zero. I also bought the new wastepads from OctoInk.co.uk. Great software which saved me a lot of money, thank you.

  Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason??
