Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes. Awesome. I made a mistake ordering 2 codes (I needed just 1). They called me (I'm in Italy) to ask if it was an erroneous "double click"...and they deleted the second order. I still can't believe it. That's PURE QUALITY. (Of course the whole thing works and the printer is doing his work). THANX!
