It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. The reset key worked perfectly. The whole time to purchase a key, download the software, and reset my R2400 was about 5 minutes. Excellent product! Highly Recommended

Thanks John, You saved me alot of time and frustration dealing with that idiot I was talking with at Ebson, he didn\'t know sh$t about my printer, he began by telling me that my printer was like a human body and I was like WTF???, well anyway I eventually told him he was stupid and hung up on him, I called the place where I purchased my printer from and he gave me your website, everything is working fine now and you saved me from any down time I would have had taking to the service center!... What a fantastic job guys!!! absolutely astounded that it works and how easy it was. thank you again!

A life saver, I got out of trouble at the last moment when I was already determined to cancel the jobs I had to finish during the day, the printer gave the error and did not let me work anymore .... after a thousand videos on YouTube searching a solution to my problem was about to give up, but I looked elsewhere and found this site ... excellent product, service and fast shipping. thousand times recommended thanks for everything E&E
