  Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!!   Thanks you, reseted a Epson l1300 ink waste counter sucessfully, who sold me the printer wanted to charge me $25 and I would still have to take the printer to his office.
