  I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer.   Still using an old Epson ET-2550, got a warning that there was a problem with one of the ink pads then within a few days got an error code E-11 which stopped the printer working completely (ink waste collector full and needed a counter reset). Searched for issue and Bootstrappin' on Youtube talked through a fix using WIC Utility. The hardest part of the whole process for me was getting the ink waste collector off the printer and washing out the pads. The WIC Utility was really easy to install and use and has fixed the problem straight away. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  Hi, This is the second time I have reset my waste ink counter in about 18 months. Disappointed that the key I ordered (OS X Mac version) came to me as an exe. Luckily I had anticipated this and had a PC at the ready. That of course worked like a charm. Thanks anyway.

  I love this service. Have purchased a WIC reset key maybe 10 times in last 7 years. Has always worked very well and saved ny printer each time. Happy UK customer.

  Have had series of 8 Epson Printers. Artisan 837 had over 12700 printed pages and 4000 4x6 photos when it gave up the ghost with \"inkpads have reached end of life\" error.
I spent hours with Epson Support level 2 and they were very nice. Printer \"out of warranty\" so how about a new one. Went to Amazon and Bought Epson Expression 860.

Epson support said take Artisan to Epson Authorized Repair Center....I did. They said \"it\'s out of warranty, we can\'t waste the time (or money) trying to fix it!!\"

Used Epson Reset key from Epson 10 times and each time it , the error on inkpads, recurred. The Epson Utility does not do diagnosis like WIC Reset Utility!! Bottom line...Fixed my own machine for very small price and I am ECSTATIC! Thank You, Thank you and Thank you!! Very Happy in San Diego
