I was a bit too quick to get going and installed the key into the wrong printer; hence I had to purchase another key! Anyway, the second one worked a treat and I thank you for your efforts, even if it did cost me $19.98! Raymondo

Foarte multumit, am cumparat on-line in 22 decembrie 2016 - codul (Key) - a durat 5-10 minute (inregistrarea pe site si plata), am instalat softul lor in care am introdus codul primit prin e-mail - de la ei si in cateva secunde totul functioneaza ca nou. Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara. Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o. Recomand cu drag. Brilliant reset code worked a treat on my old XP-950 after replacing the waste ink pads.

Program is easy to use, with the additional manual for reference. It allowed me to correct a corrupted EEPROM in the printer. All the .prn files are missing, so setting up the printer/scanner and the final print check are not possible. If you only want to reset the ink pad counter then there are cheaper/ free program available. Would give it a GOOD rating if missing files were included.
