  Usual 'Service parts inside printer' etc. message on my Epson RX640. None of the freeware solutions worked, so I was a bit dubious about this. I have to say it worked a treat!! No problems at all. It reset the waste ink counter, I cleaned the waste ink pads and so for £6.32 I've got a new printer. :-) Recommended.

  la clé a fonctionné 1 mois après 150 copies je ne sait de nouveau plus utiliser l'imprimante. J'essaye de contacter wic reset utility en vain... je ne recommande donc pas du tout l'application

  gracias me salvaron la vida para los que no se han dado cuenta cuando nos pide la clave y es nuestra primera vez pongan la palabra \"trial\" sin comillas y eso soluciona por lo menos por un tiempo
