I downloaded Epson's maintenance utility and couldn't get it to work. Found the WIC Reset Utility and it worked like a charm! Will buy the full reset key when I get my kit.

I have an Epson PX710w it is a brilliant printer, happy was I...but then....
the now infamous \"end of life\" message appeared.
After hours of research I found that Epson had a free download to reset and service printer, I downloaded only to find it did not work.
On contacting epsonuk I was told that there is no reset utility or program for uk Epson printers and that I must take it to my local Epson service centre.... this would cost �80 plus vat and parts! more than a new printer.
After advice from forums and many ebay offers of a \"genuine\" reset utility/key, I found 2manuals.com.
through them I \"chatted\" with John who assured me it would work, despite Epson uk advice, and so proceeded to purchase.
from start to finish it took less than ten minutes and I now have a fully working printer for a Meer $10 (about �8)
I cannot recommend this company any higher ..... thank you very much 2manuals and John and one up on big greedy corporation\'s.

I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time . Used the WIC utility to reset the waste inked counter (after cleaning the pads). Worked perfect! Printer is an Epson XP-710

WOW - WOW + WOW using your service since 2012 with 2 EPSON printers and CISS: PX 720 WD and XP 960 never had any real problems kisses for the ciss (as girl that I'm not) so what Everything works very fine - all one has to do is watch for pressure within inks - system Ciss saved a lot of money printing thouseands of hires fotos your service + team is excellent !!!!!!!!! Didn't EPSON learn from you - now they are selling printers with build - in CISS So YOU should get monex from EPSON !!!!!!!! The best of course is resetting the counters Go on like this
