Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!! Je ne sait plus l'utiliser j'ai demander à en avoir une nouvelle mais je 'ai jamais eu de retour... donc pour moi application non fiable.

it works .. so happy .. I finally managed to reset using the trial key, it really help especially during emergency, you can't send your printer to the shop asap ..

Good day. I have to clean my printer head EVERY hour. Then it prints fine. Until I leave it for an hour. So this leads to waste pad full and I have to purchase a key every time. Is there another way to go around this problem please? I cannot afford to buy a key every week.

You have to make 2 things
- clean parking station first - then inks will not dry on printhead;
- use high quality inks.
