You sell me adjustment program for Epson l382 but I cant reset waste ink You made me buy the program for the epson l382. reset function forwaste ink pad is not functioning REPLY: As you can see in program description - L382 Adjustment program is for making printer adjustments only. For waste reset use WIC utility.

Paid for Epson Stylus Color 900 service program and afterwards tried to download program from link. Link would only download a HTML file, and not an executable. Left a message from 2manuals to assist me. This is too damn difficult. Why can the link not just download the executable? ============= Just checked - it works fine. My printer stopped printing with the error as \"General Error\" Epson quoted me $60 to send an engineer to fix my printer. After reading through the information on this site I decided to fix it myself. Found the problem was related to the waste ink pad counter. Only 10 minutes, I had the the printer working. The printer tested fine and has done approx 150 pages since with NO issues. Thanks for your WIC PROGRAM!
