I was tearing my hair out trying to get a solution for my Epson R265. Other solutions didn't work and were not compatible with Vista Home Basic. The WIC Reset Utility worked like a charm! In just a few moments - I'm off to buy a waste ink device so I can get a lot more service from my machine.

I was at 94 percent and got a warning from my printer that my ink pads were close to the end of their service life.
