I need help! Canon MP830 printer alarm light keep flashing. I keep turning my printer on and off. Error keep telling me look at the manual. I miss place my manual - just reset waste ink counter!

Have to confess I was a bit dubious about spending the money and whether it would be worthwhile, but am pleasantly surprised. Where others charge almost as much for a couple of single pages of info of little use, your manual is the complete one and indeed well worth the cost. Hoping it's going to enable my printer support guy to fully fix the problem with mine and save me having to shell out a LOT more to get another printer. Thanks.

I had a ink reset error even after changing the ink storage, this was so quick and easy to reset! thanks a lot :)

Holy crap this is a lifesaver / money saver / mental breakdown saver and just an amazing product. I was on the verge or completing my order for a new printer when I came across this site. Why spend $200. for a new printer when $10. can breathe new life into my old Epson Artisan 835 with CISS. I'm good to go now, just have to get a waste ink system installed and I'm back in business. Thanks.

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! I finally succeeded after a few attempts and the firmware downgrade worked !! Now I can use my non-OEM ink cartridges on my Epson printer Thank you for this excellent piece of software, well worth it Best regards

Perfect seriously i look and tried everythig to reset my epsonR285 within seconds this done the trick Fantastic totally fantastic Thank you well worth the money never thought this would work cool
