Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!! download easy wonderfull tutorial videos connection via usb cable first try with "trial" -_ excellent final try with bought key will never buy an epson again...

I replaced the ink pad unit and still nothing i you tube it and wic reset it in five minutes not a scam it was amazing thank you

Amazed that it worked.
It took a few runs on a printer that had been clogged for over a year and finally, perfect nozzle check. Still won\'t quite unclog another machine, but well worth $30.
