  it does not work, can not recognize ink cartridges always displayed, Epson SX400 ========== REPLY ============== The WIC reset utility can reset Waste Ink Counters only. Not Ink cartrigs levels in SX400. You can use auto reset chps to reset the ink levels.

Only hiccup was needing to disable my security protection to install this wonderful product. Used it as a trial - which proved it worked - then bought the key to finish the job.   Thanks for your advice. I had the printer Epson Pro 4900 attached to the network. Once I used the USB connection everything worked great. There were 2 ink channels that I could not clean. After poking around the internet I found discussion of air in the lines. Did an initial charge and now things are working perfectly. Thanks for a great product and tech support. Regards, Morris Gven
