I replaced the waste ink tank and thought all was good until I received the dreadful message that ink pad was at the end of service life. I had previously downloaded the WIC program. I was skeptical, but figured I would give it a shot. I ordered a key, installed it, and had to play around a little bit, but finally got the all clear. Could not be happier. Highly, highly, highly recommend it.

This is like Magic!! I decided to leave a positive review because it saved me so much time and heartache. I needed to finish a lastminute order and of course that's when my printer decided that my ink pad was full. I was panicking cuz I only had a couple hours to complete the order. I took a deep breath read and followed all the instructions from here and within five minutes my printer was printing again!! Thank you!! Will definitely come back when/if it happens again!

I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! My Artisan 837 just tried to hose me with the waste ink pad error. The printer was working just fine then bam. I bit the bullet and bought this utility and it worked GREAT. Reset the ink pad error and all is well. Best $10 I've spent in a LONG time. Epson deliberately tried to end the printer life for NO REASON... cept to sell more printers. Do NOT let them get away with it. I'm sure eventually this thing will start printing poorly and THEN I'll buy another one....but until then Epson can....... etc..etc.

Well...that was scary...I did a check on you and you are trusted so I over road the security settings of my apple mac. And now ...for FREE...my ink pad issues are over for the time being. THANKYOU.
