thanks so much found what i had to do finally worked great again a big thanks now have to figure out why my printer won't accept the continous ink that i was using hhmmm1! but a big thank to this great web sight very helpful

Foarte multumit, am cumparat on-line in 22 decembrie 2016 - codul (Key) - a durat 5-10 minute (inregistrarea pe site si plata), am instalat softul lor in care am introdus codul primit prin e-mail - de la ei si in cateva secunde totul functioneaza ca nou. Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara. Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o. Recomand cu drag. I just bought the Epson Artisan 800 ink pad resetting software and it did the trick and totally reset the ink pad counter just like advertised. However, I must give anyone who uses the software a piece of advice. The product will not work wirelessly. You MUST connect your printer via the printer's USB connection. The printed material that comes with the download does not mention this. I had to play around with the printer before I realized there had to be a USB connection. Once I figured this out it was a snap to get the printer to reset and the error I was getting has now stopped appearing! I could not be happier with my purchase and I must admit I was a skeptic when I first bought the download. You guys are terrific and I will never fail to but again from 2Manuals.com. Peter

The Epson PP-100 should be supported (it is in your list), but in the WIC Reset Utility v.5.0.40 program the printer is not supported in the 'Control' button. What am I doing wrong ?

Erittäin hieno asia kun saa tälläisiä nollaus avaimia edullisesti. Paikallinen huolto ilmoitti että tulostin on romua kun mustetyyny tulee täyteen ja tulostin lopettaa toimintansa. Tutkin hieman internetin tietoja ja löysin tämän sivusaton sekä youtube videon. Homma hoitui ja tulostin tulostaa taas. Kiitos paljon!
