Have to confess I was a bit dubious about spending the money and whether it would be worthwhile, but am pleasantly surprised. Where others charge almost as much for a couple of single pages of info of little use, your manual is the complete one and indeed well worth the cost. Hoping it's going to enable my printer support guy to fully fix the problem with mine and save me having to shell out a LOT more to get another printer. Thanks.

I have order it but it can not work for reset wast ink pad. When release a new it too sad to order with 19.99$ with nothing can do. ====REPLY==== This printer model has separate Waste Ink Maintenance Box with its own IC chip. You can replace Waste Ink Maintenance Box or reset the chip on the Waste Ink Maintenance Box. This information is clearly stated in program description at our site.

John, On your word and based on testimonials I purchased they reset key. Worked perfect up until this point and even ran it through multiple head cleanings. Artisan 710 running again and saved a lot of money. Thanks.

i reset with the key that i got and nothing worked. it still shows that the carts are not genuine. what a waste of time. it sat here for 12 hours on the "do not turn off printer" epson wf-7210.... give me back the $30 i spent or give me more keys to try again. order #18740047 =============================== According to your Order number - You have purchased RESET Key ($9.99) which is required for Wate Ink Counters reset. I replaced the waste ink pad assembly on my Epson XP-800, not understanding that there were internal counters needing to be reset. The WIC Reset Utility and the WIC RESET KEY, along with the replacement waste ink pad assembly, have restored my printer to me. Thanks for making it so easy and, most importantly, having it work like you said it would.
