I just used this utility on an Epson XP 810. Worked like magic. First the trial version,this brought my printer back to life immediately. Then i bought the reset key, and according to the program, the waste counter is now set to zero. I replaced the inkpads with thightly packed adsorbent paper, so for less than ten dollars I have a fully working printer /scanner/copier again. Thanks! Chris

Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. Good day. I have to clean my printer head EVERY hour. Then it prints fine. Until I leave it for an hour. So this leads to waste pad full and I have to purchase a key every time. Is there another way to go around this problem please? I cannot afford to buy a key every week.

You have to make 2 things
- clean parking station first - then inks will not dry on printhead;
- use high quality inks.

The Epson PP-100 should be supported (it is in your list), but in the WIC Reset Utility v.5.0.40 program the printer is not supported in the 'Control' button. What am I doing wrong ?

OK Im here because Youtube directed me here to fix my Epson ET-2803 printer! I've downloaded your APP and tried to use it! ...There are a number of problems!!! ...First off, couldn't you find any smaller text!!?? Trying to read and follow your directs is near impossible! Next up, your directions aren't very clear! You direct me to turn on my printer then to turn it off. And as I try to move forward I click on your direction and NOTHING happens, until the command times out. BUT IF I turn off my printer again (un-directed by you) the command tried to go through. UNTIL I get more directions to turn on my printer and not turn it off again. I've seen a line at the bottom of the screen there a line of text floats through saying that the computer has been reset per the Youtube site I'm supposed to get a congratulations of a successful at the finish, I never get that, because my last command (theoretically) never goes through, again just sitting there until it times out again. IF your really trying to "help" people PLEASE fix you site! Because nothing seems to work correctly, I'm hesitant to buy any keys from you. ...Sincerly, Mark L
