  I have modified the firmware of an Epson wf3620 with the firmware key to make the printer run with chipless ink cartridges. The instructions were clear but must be followed exactly in order for the process to be successful. I am very happy with the result as I have the freedom to use oem ink or not depending on my needs. No oem cartridges now work perfectly well. Well done wic utility people. regds, Peter.

  I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer.   It's really easy to use and has saved me tons of money over buying new printers. I've reset my current printers several times and have used them for over 5 years thanks to these reset keys.

  I replaced the waste ink pad assembly on my Epson XP-800, not understanding that there were internal counters needing to be reset. The WIC Reset Utility and the WIC RESET KEY, along with the replacement waste ink pad assembly, have restored my printer to me. Thanks for making it so easy and, most importantly, having it work like you said it would.

  My printer stopped printing with the error as \"General Error\" Epson quoted me $60 to send an engineer to fix my printer. After reading through the information on this site I decided to fix it myself. Found the problem was related to the waste ink pad counter. Only 10 minutes, I had the the printer working. The printer tested fine and has done approx 150 pages since with NO issues. Thanks for the WIC program!
