  Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes.   I bougth this latest version of service tools, v5105, I try it at canon mx 495, not working, the printer was in service mode, can you give some tips, maybe not recognized the usb, windows 7 my os, I need some help. Thanks.
